Creating a new table from data in the pivot table

A pivot table can be copied into its own data table, which can then be exported or analyzed on its own. This feature is particularly useful when analyzing very large data sets whose pivoted form is more manageable than the original.

To create a new table from data in the pivot table:

• In the Pivot view, choose Pivot > New Table From Pivot Table

The new table will contain the data that is currently visible, that is, it uses the currently selected pivot and applies the current set of filters.
