Copying another column’s missing values

If two or more columns share the same set of conventions for representing missing values, you can save time by copying the missing values definitions from one column to another.

To copy another column’s missing values definitions:

1. In the Summary view, select the column or columns for which you wish to define missing values
2. Choose Column > Copy Missing Values and select the column whose definitions you wish to copy
